Carterville Elementary School offers an opportunity for men of the community to serve our students. It is the primary goal and vision of the program to provide opportunities for our children to feel the impact of a positive male influence in their lives.

MUSCLE stands for Men Using Support, Compassion, and Love to Encourage.

We are seeking men who will focus their efforts in these three ways:

Greet students at the door, starting their day with a positive interaction.

Visit with students during lunch, focusing on making them feel noticed and valued.

Interacting with students at recess, giving them a chance to have fun with an adult and each other.
