Immunizations

To attend school, Missouri state law requires each child to have the required immunizations or an approved medical or religious exemption on file. Students entering kindergarten must meet the state’s immunization requirements before attending school.

Required immunizations for elementary students include:

DTap (diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis)- 4 or more

IPV (polio)- 3 or more

MMR (measles, mumps, rubella)- 2

Hepatitis B- 3

Varicella- 2

There are specific age and spacing requirements, so they may require more than noted here.
