In order for a child to attend school, they must have proof that they have completed their “kindergarten shots” which consist of the following immunizations:

DTap (diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis)- 4 or more

IPV (polio)- 3 or more

MMR (measles, mumps, rubella)- 2

Hepatitis B- 3

Varicella- 2

There are specific age and spacing requirements, so they may require more than noted here.
